AM.CAN. CH TALLYWOOD TRANSCENDENCE |
What's New in 2008? |
MAY It's now CH.TALLYWOOD AYCHESS ROCKSTAR. Tommy Lee finished in four days of shows and threw in a Group 3rd/BPIG for good measure. TIZZY also went to the show and picked up a Group 1st and a Group 2nd.
APRIL We took TALLYWOOD AYCHESS ROCKSTAR (Tommy Lee) to his first show and he came away with seven points and TWO Best Puppy In Groups! We were delighted to learn that AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD TEMPERANCE finished 2007 as Canada's Number ONE Rough Collie! AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD FASHIONISTA was #12 Rough in America for 2007. MARCH This is the biggest brag of our lives....AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD TRANSCENDENTAL (Tazo) was just awarded Best Of Breed at the 2008 Collie Club of America National Specialty. We are honored and humbled by this award, and thank Thomas W. Coen for finding Tazo in an amazing group of specials. This is a dream come true and we can't stop pinching ourselves. Tazo is co-owned and loved by Keri & Bruce Campbell. AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD TEMPERANCE (Tizzy) was in the final cut of four bitches, and was awarded a coveted Award of Merit. Our beloved AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD FASHIONISTA made two cuts, unfortunately she was ill and not showing well. Her brother, and Tazo's brother, AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD TECHNICOLOR also made a cut. Thank you to all our friends, old and new, for their phone calls and emails. It has been overwhelming and we so appreciate everything from everyone.
February We had a great time on our trip to Auburn, WA. The first specialty was won by AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD CLARION ABSTRACT from the veteran's class!!! Puzzle is owned and loved by Louise Watson and shown by Rod Oishi. Zen, AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD ENLIGHTED, was also Best In Sweepstakes! The next day was Vogue's (AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD FASHIONISTA) turn to shine - BOB under Linda Robbins for her ninth specialty best! RWB went to our very badly behaved puppy TALLYWOOD WHIMSICAL, and Best in Sweepstakes to AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD ENLIGHTENED. Sunday saw BOB being awarded again to Vogue, her 10th! specialty BOB. We were even more thrilled when Jackie Corwin awarded Zen another five point major to finish at ten months of age!. January We went down to the huge Rose City Cluster shows in Portland and had a great time. Vogue won the breed two days and was BOS two days. Her half brother Zen, TALLYWOOD ENLIGHTENED picked up a huge five point major, going all the way to BOV over six specials. He also picked up a major reserve.

CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD IN A NEW LIGHT and his litter sister CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD TEMPERANCE went to some shows in the US, and both came home with two majors! Tizzy had to show up her brother, and won the breed two days and then dazzled us by taking a Group 2nd and a Group 4th in tough competition. All three from this litter are now major pointed in the US, and just turned two. |

Special thanks to Richard Beauchamp for the group win - he also finished her dam the same way. The entire litter by Bowen ex Lola is now finished in Canada and starting on the US careers. We've been enjoying the summer and our new Macy puppies so much that we forgot to update this page! The biggest news is that it is now CH.TALLYWOOD SPIRITDANCE SHAMAN TD HI JHD STD-s - which stands for Tracking Dog, Herding Intermediate - CKC, Junior Herding Dog, AHBA, Started Sheep - ASCA. We just call him the smartest dog on the planet. Big thanks and congratulations to Donna Smith. AM.CH.TALLYWOOD DIVINATION earned his Rally 0 title for owner Mary Ingerson. Smoky, WILD WEST'S MERCURY RISING picked up another major, going BOV over specials in Utah. He now needs just two points to finish his American title. And, we tearfully said goodbye to two of our greatest girls, AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD CROSSHEART WINDSWEPT and AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD STATE OF THE HEART. Tryst and Aspen were truly the loves of our lives, and every dog here goes back to one or both of them. We miss them more than we can say. |
